Fee Structure & Payment Terms

At the Sports Assessment and Audit Board (SAAB), we offer a transparent and structured fee system for our comprehensive audit and assessment services. Our fees are designed to ensure accessibility for a wide range of fitness establishments while covering the costs of delivering a thorough and high-quality audit process. The fee structure may vary based on the size, scope, and specific requirements of each facility.

Audit Fees Based on :

  • Size:

    • Small Independent Gyms and Fitness Centres
      • Description: For standalone gyms and fitness centres with a single outlet.

    • Medium-Sized Facilities
      • Description: For mid-sized gyms and fitness centres with more extensive services and a larger number of members.

    • Large National Gym Chains
      • Description: For national gym chains and large fitness centres with multiple outlets. Fees are applicable per outlet.

    • Facilities within Other Establishments
      • Description: For gyms or fitness centres located within hotels, community centres, clubs, or multipurpose buildings.

  • Additional Services and Customization:

    • Detailed Equipment Assessment
      • Description: An in-depth evaluation of all gym equipment, including usability, maintenance, and safety.

    • Staff Training and Certification Review
      • Description: Verification and assessment of staff qualifications and certifications.

    • Hygiene and Cleanliness Audit
      • Description: A thorough audit focusing on the cleanliness and hygiene practices of the facility.

Payment Terms:

Initial Consultation

  • Fee: Free of charge
    • Description: An initial consultation to understand the facility’s needs and provide an overview of our audit process and services.

  • Initial Deposit: 50% of the base fee is payable upon signing the audit agreement.

  • Final Payment: The remaining 50% is payable upon completion of the audit and receipt of the final report.

  • Additional Services: Fees for additional services and customizations are payable in full upon agreement to the additional scope.
